My mother always told me the two most important rules of life:
First rule: Never thrust a pirate!
Second rule: Never thrust a pirate!
I ignored the rules and went onboard the Brig UNICORN tempted by the promissed booty.
I knew it is a Genuine pirate ship but the greed was more powerful. If you do not believe me, just look at the pictures I took form the pirates there.
Even the notorious Captain Jack Sparrow put foot onboard the UNICORN. She was one of the ships appearing in all his 3 adventures.
So we sale and the pirates grabbed us and forced us into drinking rum punch for free.
You can see me heroically trying to resist the temptation. They forced us into watching for other ships
and working the ropes too.
As if it was not enough they even put my favorite theme from “Pirates of the Caribbean” and excellent caribbean music and we were forced to dance.
Than we attacked the good people on Pigeon Island. Due to the incompetence of the admiral protecting the fort (he missed all times he shot from his cannons; probably too much rum) and a skillful shot from one of the ladies on board the Brig we saw the white flag.
After conquering the island we followed this noblest of pirate’s traditions of looking for the booty. The chest was found quickly but the key was nowhere to find. After torturing one of the locals he gave us the clues and we found 7 keys and … some vouchers hidden all over the island. He was clever though, while we were busy looking for the keys he offered full support to the women even “a shoulder to cry on if needed”. The captain made him walk the plank.
I tried to escape climbing to Fort Rodney. The cannons were scattered all over the place and not usable
and I was fast to realise that there is no other escape from this godforsaken place and there is no way I can swim through the shark infested waters around. The choice was between the Brig Unicorn, the boats of the local Sandals or a strange dingy.
Sad time! I admitted to myself that the Brig was the most fun and went back on board. I bought a pirate bandana (they have excellent t-shirts too) and behaved as one.
First I tried to strangulate my wife. Than we danced like crazy. Than we tortured a skeleton until it gave the secret of the booty provided by Diamonds International.
Do you remember the 7 keys? Only one opens the chest… but treasure hunting’s never fare. For the rest who found a key there was only merchandise.
So if you are a weak man like me… Aye, the booty draws ye… If you come by accident, by ship or by plane to the beautiful island of St Lucia… run to the Castries harbor. Brig Unicorn will take you for the best pirate adventure available.

I was just in St. Lucia and took a tour on Brig Unicorn. We purchased a 15 1/2 X 24 inch poster of the ship Brig Unicorn. We purchased it for $5.00 on the ship. Do you know who sells this product? I’d like to get 2 more. Thank you in advance, Diane Miller
