By popular demand I am where the action is today.

 

It is 09/28/07, 13:00 and we are on the National Stadium of Antigua. It is a very hot day. The sun is merciful. The crowds are gathering and we are about to see the derby between Destiny’s Team and The Other Destiny’s Team.

  

After scaring away the goats and the herons, and being chased by a horse we manage to clear the field.

 

 

Just for you the athletes are gathering for a group photo.

 

 

 

And a member of the local Female Football Team joined them just for the picture.

 

 

After the first signal the game is fast paced and soon the first goal is a fact.

   

One of the players rips the net (literally) of the other team in the next attack.

 

 

 

Now seriously, there are amazing talents. I was surprised to see how good is the game and it could be a good way to spend some time. Maybe we could organize a Destiny Cup or something. I am opened to suggestions and ideas.
